WEAKNESSES: Milo really has sort of a one track mind, only doing things that benifit him, doing anything to get what he wants, anything to add onto his collection of horror like things. His social skills aren't as good as his brothers as he often likes to be rude or tease others, he'll laugh at someone who's in pain or just acting really stupid in his mind, which can lead to alot of unwanted fights. A bit unstable but he knows what he's doing and will try to act "normal" for the sake of not getting sent to some institute. He's weak against hama skills but immune to Mudo skills.
STRENGTHS: Milo's strengths would be him being able to speak his mind, sometimes blunt but he gets to the point. He's very independant, his brother is really the only one who amuses him, everyone else is usually pretty boring. He often doesn't care what people think about him and wont take much to heart, but if you mess with one Arai, you can count on the other to jump in as well.

PERSONALITY: Milo's personality is hard to describe as you can never tell what he's thinking, sometimes he seems calm other times he can talk like a maniac, and others he's just laughing his head off for no reason. He's not really insane but he just likes things that amuse him, things that can get him riled up. He might like starting fights just because he gets a rise out of people trying when it's obviously hopeless, he tends to underestimate alot of people, not really believing they can do anything in the situation.
Milo has an absured amount of voodoo dolls, maccrabe and horror like things, he loves the super natural, ghosts, witchcraft, anything that is scary in otherwords. Things that send fear and pain into others is really just hilarious to Milo. His thaughts revolve around himself, he likes money,smoking, material things, lots of clothes and anything he wants. He wont get anything for other people but loves getting things he wants, really selfish but does care about his brother alot, even if it might not be seen at times. Probably one of the hardest to get along with as he doesn't care much for relationships, if you can get on his good side, the chances he'll backstab you later still wont change, maybe.
Sort of afraid to get into close relationships he likes to avoid heart to heart talks, and all that other "feelings" junk he really doesn't care about. It doesn't matter to him weither your a girl or a boy, he wont see you as anything other then another human to toy around with.
BACKGROUND: Milo grew up with his brother Nero and his somewhat too normal parents, just like his brother, life was too boring, too simple. But, it didn't bother him as much as he did get alot of the things he wanted, he wasn't really spoiled or anything but wanted more things,more money, more things to make him laugh. And things that he finds amusing are horror, pain, suffering. To others mostly, maybe to himself, but only if someone can live up to his expectations.
His father was a saleryman, and his italian mother who was kind and caring, basically no reason to really hate the life but Milo wanted something more, was this life all had to offer? He didn't think so. They moved from Italy to Japan though due to his father, Milo didn't really care either way, some new scenery change might have helped but it was still too boring. Nothing amused him, he wanted so much more, more things, more money, basically getting things was something Milo liked, he wasn't sure why, it's like an expensive hobby. I wasn't till recently he became aware of the Dark Hour and Personas.
He grew up basically just like his brother, being a huge influence to Milo he wanted to be just like Nero, dressing up, make up, nails, fasion was something he thaught was fun to do as well. He really liked clothes, having a bunch of leather type and furry coat jackets, oddly cut pants etc. Although one habit he got was smoking. Obviously not telling his parents he would do it when they weren't around but outside now he can smoke whenever he feels like, the freedom was really nice. The reason for his stitching was to mimic alot of his dolls he has, well voodoo dolls anyway.
He wasn't sure if he'd even bother telling his parents about the dark hour, he didn't really care. He did spend alot more time at the house then Nero only because he liked the pamperd life a little bit more but as long as his brother had the same power he wouldn't mind hanging around these groups of Persona users for a few good laughs.
